RULES AND CONDITIONS

The Hillwood Wolf Ranch Realtor Rewards Program* covers new home sales in Wolf Ranch by Hillwood Communities in Georgetown, Texas. (It is the Realtor's responsibility to redeem their gift or prize during the designated award period provided by Wolf Ranch by Hillwood and Hillwood Communities.

All gifts and events for sales will be determined and awarded based on contracts signed for the period 01/01/2023-12/31/2023.

The Recognition Level, Silver Level, Gold Level, and Platinum Level recognitions and prizes will be awarded based on homes sold and closed for the period 01/01/2023-12/31/2023.

The Recognition Level (1 Sale):

  • All Realtors who contract at least one (1) new home in Wolf Ranch and that home closes receives public recognition on the Wolf Ranch Top Realtors List. This list will be publicized on the Wolf Ranch by Hillwood website, social media, and other marketing efforts.

The Silver Level (2 Sales):

  • All Realtors who contract a new home in Wolf Ranch and that home closes during the designated period will receive a $1,000
  • A Wolf Ranch Thank You Gift Basket
  • Recognition on the Wolf Ranch Top Realtor List as a Silver Award Realtor

The Gold Level (3 Sales):

  • All Realtors who contract three (3) new homes in Wolf Ranch and that home closes during the designated period will receive a $1,000
  • A Wolf Ranch Thank You Gift Basket
  • Enter into a Drawing to Receive an Additional $1,500 Cash Gift/Prize
  • Recognition on the Wolf Ranch Top Realtor List as a Gold Award Realtor

The Platinum Level "Grand Prize" will include the following:

  • All Realtors who contract four or more (4 +) new homes in Wolf Ranch and that home closes during the designated period will receive a $1,000
  • A Wolf Ranch Thank You Gift Basket
  • Enters You into a Drawing for the Grand Prize, $5,000 Payment/Prize Option

Grand Prize - $5,000 Payment/Prize Option:

All Recognitions and Prizes and or Gifts will be announced by 2/3/2024 and will be updated on this website and communicated by email.

Gifts and prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless otherwise specified or approved by Hillwood Communities. Hillwood reserves the right to make changes or substitutions. All notices or other communications to Hillwood Communities given in connection with or required hereunder must be delivered to: Tori.Streff@Hillwood.com *To be eligible for the Wolf Ranch Hillwood Realtor Rewards Program (a) the licensed Realtor must obtain a signed contract ("Contract") for a homebuyer ("Homebuyer") to purchase a new home in Wolf Ranch by Hillwood between 01/01/2023-12/31/2023 ("Promotion Period"), (b) the Homebuyer must close under the Contract during the Promotion Period and reasonable written evidence that closing under the Contract has occurred must be provided to H4WR Phase 4 LLC ("Hillwood Communities") from the title company specified in the Contract, and (c) the Realtor must provide H4WR Phase 4 LLC ("Hillwood Communities") with a completed IRS form W-9. The Realtor is required to instruct the applicable title company to notify H4WR 4 LLC ("Hillwood Communities") of the closing. The fixed designated award payments of $1,000, $1,500, or $5,000, will be paid with funds provided by Hillwood Communities, and payment, in check form, will be mailed or delivered directly to the receiving qualifying Realtor.
