It's a New Year, and in reflecting, we wanted to take a moment to share some of the highlights of the past year and what's ahead for Wolf Ranch. Most importantly, we want to wish our amazing Wolf Ranch residents, both longtime and those who bought new Georgetown, TX homes for sale in 2021, a happy and prosperous New Year. We are so very grateful for all of you and what you do to make this community a place where neighbors are truly like family.
The Big News at Wolf Ranch in 2021
So many exciting new developments took place in 2021 for our new Georgetown, Texas community. This past year we announced the availability of over 160 new home lots coming soon to the South Fork neighborhood. We also shared who the award-winning new home builders in Georgetown, TX, would be to build the newest South Fork homes, including Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, and Coventry Homes. Lennar Homes, one of America's leading homebuilders, opened their stunning new model home in South Fork for new home buyers to tour and explore both on-site and virtually. Hillwood Communities and Wolf Ranch were also honored to receive the Best Lifestyle Program for a Community Award and have our own Dana Thomas win Lifestyle Director of the Year at the MAX Awards presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin.
More Parks, Greenspace, and Trails to Explore
The Wolf Ranch amenities were further expanded, ensuring ample green space, parks, and trails for everyone to enjoy throughout the master-planned community. South Fork now offers three beautiful trails to take in the gorgeous Wolf Ranch scenery. You can ride or hike down the Georgetown Regional Trail buffering the San Gabriel River or hike down the 0.35-mile dog-friendly Dry Creek Trail with lovely shaded walking and a connection to the San Gabriel River. Discovery Trail is a 0.55 mile or 1.10 mile out and back trail in South Fork that features wildflowers in season and is excellent for year-round hiking, bird watching, and more. A nicely shaded trail, the Discovery Trail provides access to both the San Gabriel River and one of the best elementary schools in Georgetown, Texas, the new Wolf Ranch Elementary School. And after you hike Dry Creek Trail or Discovery Trail in South Fork, you can head to Mary Charles Park, swing in, and rest under the stunning shade trees.
New Amenities Coming in 2022
Continuing our mission to deliver the best amenities in Georgetown, TX, we broke ground on River Camp, Wolf Ranch's second amenity center now under construction in the Wolf Ranch South Fork community and estimated to open in November 2022. The new River Camp Amenity Center is located past Wolf Ranch Elementary School at the end of Jay Wolf drive alongside the bluff of the South Fork of the San Gabriel River. Designed by the renowned Michael Hsu Office of Architecture in Austin, Texas, and the originators of Wolf Ranch's state-of-the-art amenity center, The Den, River Camp will complement and incorporate the same stunning architectural direction and beauty of the land and breathtaking views. The amenity center will feature an indoor fitness/gym with a variety of cardio and strength workout equipment, outdoor fitness opportunities, indoor resident event space, a beautiful pool with a lounging area, splash pad for children, outdoor playground areas, event stage, and lawn, and much more! And best of all, access to both fantastic amenity centers is available to all Wolf Ranch residents, both Hill Top and South Fork.
