Wolf Ranch offers an award winning state-of-the-art amenity center located in Wolf Ranch Hilltop, The Den, with stunning poolside views overlooking the San Gabriel River, spacious lounging, beautiful firepit, a large outdoor covered patio and grilling area, large interior event space, and a playground.   Winning Best Community Amenity in 2019 by the Austin Home Builder Association at the MAX Awards, this social hall is a hub for residents of all ages.

A second amenity center, named River Camp, is located in Wolf Ranch South Fork, and features a large outdoor resort-style pool, beautiful pool deck with lounging cabanas, a splash pad for kids, indoor fitness center, large event hall and overlook deck with BBQ grills, large event lawn with stage, playground, pickleball court, sport court, and open lawn space for play.

Yes, tons!  Wolf Ranch features hundreds of onsite coordinated activities and events for residents of all ages.  Delivering a fun and exciting Lifestyle Program, a full-time onsite Lifestyle Manager plans monthly calendars packed with events of all kinds.  Outside events, inside events, trail adventures, movie nights in the park, live music, and so much more!  Partnering with local Georgetown vendors, Wolf Ranch brings you exciting events to help connect with neighbours and support our local businesses!

Our Wolf Ranch Lifestyle Director is 2x Winner of Lifestyle Director of the Year from the Greater Austin Builder Association and 2022 National Winner of Lifestyle Director of the Year by the National Association of Homebuiders, so there’s no question that we know how to pack a calendar full of fun events for our residents!

Our two resort-style amenity centers have been a significant contributor to the success of the HOA Lifestyle Program. These gathering spaces are a perfect buzz of activity for residents, where they can attend adult and kids craft sessions, book clubs, beer/wine tastings, exercise classes, community meetings, and more.  Wolf Ranch also loves to host events in their parks with live music, petting zoos, and their very own festivals.

Wolf Ranch is zoned to Georgetown Independent School District.   Wolf Ranch children attend the brand new state-of-the-art Wolf Ranch Elementary school, located onsite in Wolf Ranch South Fork.  For middle school and then high school, Wolf Ranch children attend Tippit Middle School and East View High School.

Wolf Ranch 2025 HOA Fees

Assessment Fee: $1,067/year (Billed Bi-Annually: $533.50/$533.50)

Garden Homes Landscape Maintenance Fee $1,200 per year (Billed Bi-Annually: $600/$600).  *This is an additional landscape fee that only applies for the Patio/Garden Homes Only lawn care program.

Once you have found the builder you like, please contact the builder you are interested in directly for home pricing, detailed information, contract process, availability or to join their interest list to receive frequent updates. Come by to drive through our beautiful scenic community and visit the builder’s onsite model home,  visit with their onsite sales team, walk through the model, and learn about available homesites or inventory homes they may have available now.

Can i build a pool at my wolf ranch home?2025-03-13T06:36:01+00:00

Pools are allowed and approved on a lot-by-lot basis. A formal pool approval request form must be submitted to the HOA along with the proposed pool plan for review and approval.  Wolf Ranch follows impervious coverage rules, so it is important to understand what lots are best to accommodate a pool before you purchase your new home.  Please contact your sales counselor to discuss further details and inquire about which lots would be best to accomodate a pool.

Wolf Ranch is home to two award-winning amenity centers. The Den, located in Hilltop and River Camp opened in 2023 in South Fork. Hillwood Communities expanded River Camp by adding a brand new fully fenced pickle ball court and separate sport court with basketball hoops in the Spring of 2024.
Hilltop’s last section of treed large lots across the San Gabriel River and by the Georgetown Country Club and Golf Course has recently sold-out.
South Fork has just opened a brand-new phase of lots located in walking distance of the River Camp amenity center, Wolf Ranch Elementary School, and easy access to the Georgetown Regional Trail buffering the San Gabriel River.  These beautiful lots include treed lots, greenbelt lots, and scenic views of the San Gabriel River.  Builders Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, and Westin Homes build in this section with Model Homes located on Blackberry Cove in Georgetown, TX 78628.
West Bend is the newest and final phase of Wolf Ranch. Model homes opened in May 2025, offering a large variety of floor plans and lot sizes. This phase is filled with natural beauty and vibrant rejuvenation. Beautifully marked with an abundant natural greenbelt and buffering the shores of the west bend San Gabriel River, a vast connection to nature continues on. Builders Coventry Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, David Weekley Homes, Pulte Homes, and Tri Pointe Homes build in this section, located off Morning Mist Drive in Georgetown, TX 78628, just west of the Southwest Bypass.
Wolf Ranch features a robust trail system, with 16 miles of active trails, with plans to expand to 20 miles total. The trail system is thoughtfully designs with four unique typologies: Nature Trails, Hard Surface Trails, San Gabriel Regional Trail, and Bike-Optimized Trails.
More to come for Wolf Ranch, featuring a 5-acre Regional Park and a Multi-Purpose Sports Field – both located in West Bend. For residents with four legged family members, a new 3-acre dog park will come soon in South Fork.
