"About a year and a half ago, we were looking to downsize our home and my husband found the Wolf Ranch Community in Georgetown. I was immediately skeptical about moving here as I thought it was “very far away” from my family and friends in Austin. When I saw the community, I immediately fell in love. It is in a beautiful hill country setting and yet very close to shopping, restaurants and other amenities. After living here for about a year, I am so surprised how much I like it. Not only is it beautiful and convenient, I have made a lot of new friends. The HOA hosts events that focus on bringing the community together. I have never lived in a neighborhood where there are so many great events (Bird lectures, Happy Hours, Whiskey Tasting, Yappy Hours, Walking groups and lots of activities for the kiddos). Georgetown and Wolf Ranch are now home, and I can’t see myself moving for a very long time."

"Wolf Ranch by Hillwood is a lovely community nestled in Hill County between the Middle and South Forks of the San Gabriel River. Just off the Middle Fork, Wolf Ranch is close enough to unique restaurants and major shopping, but far enough to enjoy a serene and quiet lifestyle. My family and I moved to the Austin area last Summer from a private, 3+ acre wooded lot in New Hampshire. We were looking for a similar lifestyle with privacy, but with easy access to amenities. "There are so many things to love about living in Wolf Ranch! When we moved from Sun City six months ago, we were concerned that we would miss the community feeling. However, since moving to Wolf Ranch we have found our new subdivision to be a warm and welcoming neighborhood and have benefited from several close friendships in this short timeframe.
