Benefits of a Master Planned Community

Benefits of Living in Wolf Ranch

Why should you live in a master planned community? There are many reasons to live in a master-planned community!

There’s a big difference from buying any old home and building/buying one in a master-planned community. Besides the added convenience of parks within walking distance and amenities controlled and upkeep by your own community, you also get the added amenities of the towns and cities that surround the community.

Master-planned communities also give you the option to completely customize your home which ensures that your beautiful house won’t just blend in to a sea of similar houses. They even have the added benefit of an Homeowners association which helps better the neighborhoods and keep high community standards.

Master-planned communities strive to bring their residents together and form a community atmosphere worth sharing.

Wolf Ranch currently offers the bulk of the benefits that master-planned communities generally provide including:

Wolf Ranch Amenity Center

Amenities

Wolf Ranch is filled with amenities to help you enjoy your community to the fullest, enhance your life, and engage with the outdoors and natural surrounding of the land all within a few minutes of everyday conveniences, shopping and grocery stores, restaurants and dining, medical facilities, and so much more!

The Den - Award winning Amenity Center

We have a large amenity center that we call The Den and will be building a second one overlooking the South San Gabriel River in South Fork! The Den is an award winning state of the art amenity center with hilltop views, a luxury infinite edge pool overlooking the San Gabriel River, poolside fire pit, professional grilling area, interior air conditioned large gathering area with state-of-the-art meeting and lounging space for large gatherings, and an outdoor playground just steps away! All of which overlook the breathtaking views of the San Gabriel River. With amenities like that it’s no wonder that The Den won the 2019 Star Award for the Best Amenity Center.

Trails & Parks

Carved into the natural green spaces flooded with large heritage shade trees, along the San Gabriel river forks, or through the natural greenbelts and wandering ranch paths, Wolf Ranch is filled with beautiful park spaces and miles of hiking trails to help you engage with nature and embrace a healthier lifestyle filled with activity.  From Barefoot Park, Mary Charles Park, or the large hiking and biking trail buffering the South San Gabriel River, our residents can create countless adventures by exploring the landscape just inside our community!

Wolf Ranch also has direct access to the San Gabriel River forks that buffer the Middle Fork of the San Gabriel River and the South Fork of the San Gabriel River. Wolf Ranch features two unique sections to live in, The Hilltop and The South Fork, which feature beautiful parks and miles of scenic trails that connect the community with the hill country and of course, the water!

Lifestyle

Wolf Ranch has their very own on-site Lifestyle Manager who plans and executes hundreds of fun events and activities for its residents with the Lifestyle program. These (almost daily) activities are based around the interests of the people in the community. Some standing events include book club meetings, walking groups, and mahjong in the Den.

Our Lifestyle program features all types of activities for families and kids including goat yoga, poolside pilates, holiday events such as an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids, Zoofari Animal visits, and much, much more! Just minutes away, you can hop on over to the Wolf Ranch Town Center with friends and neighbors for the local Farmers Market and pop-up Carnivals.

HOA

The Wolf Ranch HOA offers many services for the entire community including landscape maintenance, amenity maintenance to areas such as the amenity center and the pool, and resident compliance which makes sure each resident follows the HOA governing documents. This ensures that our community stays clean, looks good, and protects property value of every home.

Wolf Ranch has its own dedicated on-site HOA General Manager. This person oversees the day-to-day operations of the HOA and is there to help residents and ensures a smooth-running and beautiful community.

Safety

The HOA covers home automation and alarm monitoring for all residents in the community through a company called HomePro. Part of each resident’s HOA dues goes to the Alarm Monitoring Assessment which is a reduced, bulk cost for alarm monitoring of each home in Wolf Ranch. Wolf Ranch also prides itself in its great relationship with the Georgetown Police Department and organizes regular visits with them for our residents. We even have regularly scheduled events called Coffee with the Cops in our Den where residents can meet and have breakfast with our local GPD.
