The new River Camp Amenity Center is located past Wolf Ranch Elementary School at the end of Jay Wolf drive alongside the bluff of the South Fork of the San Gabriel River. Designed by the renowned Michael Hsu Office of Architecture in Austin, Texas, and the originators of Wolf Ranch's state-of-the-art amenity center, The Den, River Camp will complement and incorporate the same stunning architectural direction and beauty of the land and breathtaking views. The amenity center will feature an indoor fitness/gym with a variety of cardio and strength workout equipment, outdoor fitness opportunities, an indoor resident event space, a beautiful pool with a lounging area, splash pad for children, outdoor playground areas, event stage, and lawn, and much more! And best of all, access to both fantastic amenity centers is always available to all Wolf Ranch residents in Hilltop and South Fork.

Wolf Ranch South Fork was already minutes from fantastic shopping, and in 2023 a brand new 121,000 square feet H-E-B will be coming to 1010 W. University Ave less than a mile away. Construction started in May 2022 and is expected to be completed in spring 2023. The new store’s design will have the feel of a European village and feature two entry towers, pedestrian-friendly surroundings, and a two-story True Texas BBQ, H-E-B’s barbecue restaurant named the best barbecue chain in Texas by Texas Monthly. And in September 2022, the city approved the site for a new Costco Wholesale in Georgetown. The 160,437-square-foot warehouse and store will be at 2201 N. I-35 near Airport Road and Lakeway Drive. Construction of the retailer is expected to start by the end of the year, according to the city.
